Sometimes it's just a look.
A quiet eye that seems to understand far more than it should, and for a moment you have the strange feeling
that your horse knows exactly what you're thinking.
Seen is deliberately pared back. Loose, expressive lines allow parts of the horse to emerge while others
simply disappear into the background, leaving space for the viewer to complete the story.
For me, it isn't really a portrait of a horse. It's a portrait of connection — that silent understanding shared
between two beings who don't need words.
To be loved is wonderful. To be truly seen is something else entirely.
I believe art should feel - alive, hopeful, personal. My creative process is loose and intuitive: I don’t plan, I respond. I layer colour, shape, and movement until something stirs.
